Overview of the Department

  • Marketing and estate department is responsible for overall marketing activities of MIHAN and project undertaken by MADC
  • It is essential to devise and be guided by strategic marketing so that units & co-developers are developed in SEZ on the development of Infrastructure in MIHAN
  • Marketing department has developed techniques and campaigns that addresses wider mix of customers which involves promotion campaigns to create awareness to attract potential investors
  • Coordinating with marketing intelligence agency for identifying and bringing in Investors to MIHAN
  • Member of Governing council for the Export Promotion Council (EPC) for marketing of SEZ's in different forum and represent issues with concerned departments. Member of World Free Trade Zone Organization.
  • Organizing, participating and presentation in the investors' summits/conferences in both national and international forums
  • Replying to the audit quarries of Comptroller of Audit General of India(CAG) and Right to Information(RTI) quarries under the capacity of Public Information Officer (PIO)
  • The matter relating to cases for arbitration, High Court and Supreme Court in consultation with Legal firms
