Fire & Emergency Services Dept. is responsible for issuing Provisional fire NOC & Fire Fitness Certificate to the various occupancies at MIHAN SEZ & NON SEZ area (Notified area) as per rules & regulations of UDCPR 2020-21 & NBC- 2016 as per Maharashtra Fire Prevention & Life Safety Measures Act 2006.
Fire & Emergency Services Department is responsible for the inspection of fire fighting system of the buildings as per the Maharashtra Fire Prevention & Life Safety Measures Act 2006.
Fire & Emergency Services Department is responsible for attending fire incident & any disaster calls and to save people/animals/birds from any fire incident and disaster as per Disaster Management Act 2005.
Fire & Emergency service department is also conducted fire awareness programme, mock drill, lectures, disaster management programme in MIHAN SEZ & NON SEZ area at various occupancies such as Industries, Hospitals, Schools, Instaurations, Residential buildings, Business complex, Hotels, Rural areas etc.
